The Marfione Custom Starlord was the second design (After The Apex fixed blade) from Anthony Marfione's son Sean Marfione, this large scale flipper featured stylistic futurism in the pivot and large trailing fuller similarly seen on the Anax folder years before, this model was available in many styles with various materials and inlay options. The Starlord would only be available from the Custom Shop, this model also used the infamous Sub-Frame lock bar that allowed for a multi material handle including using synthetics.
Sean would go on to design the Protocol Flipper, The Juggernaut fixed blade along with the Warhound Folder and Hellhound series of OTF blades. The Starlord was ahead of its time in design and ergonomics, this lead to a Slow/Fast sell rate and eventual cult following and is considered moderately rare.
