Probably large inverted Triangle bit for the pivot, Medium Triangle Chassis screws. 

Torx HW T8 for chassis screws and clip screw, T20 for the pivot.

Auto & Manual Had Torx

Had 2mm Tri Point chassis screws and i believe a medium triangle pivot 

Torx Hw, T6 on most of the chassis screws, T8 on the clip and lockbar to chassis screws (please note the lockbar also has screws holding in an insert), T20 on the pivot. 

1999-2000 Auto & Manual Had Torx

2003 Larger pivot 4.9?, Body Screws Look like 2mm Hard to tell
