The Marfione Custom Closer was a Collaboration with famous Japanese knife maker Koji Hara, based around his Custom Closer design the Marfione Closer would draw clear lines and design ques for their collab. The Marfione Custom version would be the first real "Flipper Knife" to come out of the custom shop paired with the infamous "Sub-Frame Lock" mechanism this knife would be available in some fairly diverse versions. The hardware on the Closer would be the 6 point fasteners also seen on the earlier Marfione Custom Anax, and would feature the preseed ball style pocket clip. 

Though esthetically the Closer would properly capture the more organic feel of Haras Customs, it met with mixed reviews from the Marfione collectors upon release. The years leading up to 2015-16 and those after were busy and saw more than the average offerings from the Marfione Shop so the Closer was seen as being lost in the fray.
